Dandruff is bohot bad these days and i usually use head and shoulders. Now im 2nd trimester and suddenly worried agar ye safe hai ya not. Anyone using medicated shampoos during pregnancy? pls share.
It is absolutely fine dear, please don't stress over such small things. Just chant a little, keep your mind happy and take care of your health, everything will be perfect.
Of course it's safe, its just shampoo! I used it in both my pregnancies because of dry scalp and my kids are perfectly healthy. Just wash it off properly and don't swallow it obviously, haha.

Actually it is safe but just check if the strong smell makes you throw up. I had terrible nausea and had to switch to a fragrance free shampoo because the head & shoulders smell triggered my vomiting immediately.
