My amma stays in Karnataka and dont read English well, so I want to explain her the early signs in Kannada. I think im pregnant but not fully sure yet. Can someone share the common symptoms please?
Im in my second trimester and lately I just feel low and anxious most days, even when nothing is wrong. Didnt expect to feel like this during pregnancy. Did anyone else go through this phase?

Im around 6 weeks and since 2 days have this dull ache in my lower back. No bleeding or anything but my mind keeps going to the worst. Im planning to ask my gynac this week but till then so anxious, did anyone have back pain early on and baby was fine?
