Honestly, I ate cooked jackfruit sabzi during my pregnancy and it was totally fine. It is rich in vitamins, but just don't overeat the ripe sweet one as it can increase body heat or sugar levels.
Dont overthink it yaar. 5 to 8 a day is plenty, more than that just sits heavy. I used to mix them with walnuts and a date, worked well for me both times.
With my PCOS I gained weight for many reasons, so I never read too much into it as a pregnancy sign. It can be hormonal or many things. Best to do a proper test and check with your gynac rather than guessing.
Yes they are safe, no issue at all. With my second I finally bought one and slept so much better. You can also just use 2-3 regular pillows if you dont want to spend.
