I actually asked my nutritionist at the hospital about this because I wanted some chocolate flavor in my milk. She said a spoon of Boost occasionally is fine, but they usually recommend maternal nutrition drinks instead. Better to ask your own gynac or hospital dietitian during your next visit.
It is completely understandable to worry about what you are eating when every step feels so precious. A little bit of amchur powder in your home-cooked food is perfectly safe and won't harm anything. Just make sure your food is prepared hygienically.
I can only share my own experience, but not having periods was such a relief after trying for so long! My body just shifted all its energy to nourishing my baby. It is amazing how our bodies adapt.
Honestly, running sounds exhausting to me right now, I can only run towards a plate of hot samosas! But jokes aside, my doctor told me to stick to light walks and avoid heavy running unless you were already a regular runner before pregnancy.
Keep pillows under your feet, though my legs still looked like two heavy logs of wood anyway!
