With twins I had spotting in week 8 and almost lost my mind. My gynac told me it can be due to hormonal changes, but she checked me immediately anyway. Pls contact your doctor now to get a clear answer instead of guessing.
Technically, a positive test is rarely wrong because it detects the hCG hormone which is only present in pregnancy. But sometimes a chemical pregnancy can show a faint line and then fade. Best is to get a blood test done at a lab to confirm.
I understand how terrifying it is to see any blood when you think you're pregnant, I used to check constantly! Please go to the doctor, regular periods don't happen, so any bleeding needs to be checked.
I have heard kiwi is very good because of folate. I'm trying to add it to my diet too, it's safe to eat.
You can have it, but limit to just one cup a day because it has caffeine. Personally, I shifted to warm ginger water or plain lemon water which is much safer and helps with digestion too.
