With my PCOS history, my doctor was very specific about every single pill. I also had some blood flow issues, but I never took anything without my doctor's clear nod, please consult yours.
LMP is the standard rule for calculating pregnancy gestational age. Week 1 starts from the first day of your last period, not your conception date. So when your test is positive, technically your first month is mostly over.
Mine was so sore in the beginning and I worried it would last the whole time. Did it ease for you all in second trimester? It's slowly getting better for me now.
My doctor explained there is a first trimester scan with a blood test around 11-13 weeks, called the double marker plus NT scan. There is also a more detailed blood test option she mentioned. She walked me through which suited my age and history.
Please dont try home methods for this. Your doctor needs to manage and monitor it.
