I've started feeling a dull ache around my navel area. Why does navel pain sometimes occur during pregnancy?
I'm facing a lot of constipation these days, and simultaneously experiencing lower back pain. I'm wondering if these two could be related during pregnancy, or if the back pain is due to something else.
