Delivery ko 4 months ho gaye and my brain feels like total fog yaar. I forget such small small things, where i kept keys, what i was saying mid sentence. Is this a baby brain thing, kisi aur ke saath bhi hua?
When I was staying at my mummy's house, she noticed I was forgetting everything and she lovingly made me eat dry fruit laddoos every day. Having that support and eating nutritious homemade food really helped me recover physically and mentally. Give yourself some time, it gets better.
Ghar pe sab bolte hain ki badam bhigokar khao subah subah, dimaag tez hota hai. Maine bhi delivered ke baad wahi kiya aur dheere dheere dhyan lagne laga. Thoda aaram bhi zaroori hai, jab baccha soye toh tum bhi so jao.
Oh god, I delivered just two months ago and my memory is totally gone right now! Just yesterday I put the milk bottle in the wardrobe by mistake. I am just relying on sticky notes and my husband's reminders for now.
Arey, baby brain is real yaar! Haan, mere saath bhi yahi hota tha, main room mein jaakar bhool jaati thi ki kyun aayi hoon. Honestly, thoda post-preg vitamins regular rakho aur dimaag pe zyaada load mat lo, sab normal ho jaayega na slowly.
I have heard so many sisters complain about this, it must be so challenging to manage. Maybe keeping a small diary nearby to write down tasks would help? Please take care of your health and dont stress too much about it.
It’s actually called mommy brain and it is clinically very common due to hormonal changes and sleep deprivation. I made a habit of writing down everything on my phone’s notes app so I didn't miss important things. Do mention it to your doctor if you feel it's affecting your daily functioning, they might suggest some supplements.
Personally, my memory was absolutely terrible for the first six months after delivery. I used to forget where I kept my baby's diaper bag or even my keys. I just accepted it as a phase, started setting alarms on my phone, and eventually it improved on its own.
