I've caught a cold, and it's making me feel so uncomfortable, especially since I'm pregnant. What are some safe home remedies or tips to get relief from a cold during pregnancy? I want to avoid medicines.
Everyone in my family insists on kesar milk for fair baccha and all that. I just want to know the right way, kitna kesar and when to drink? second trimester here. pls tell how u do it.
