My feet have started to swell quite a bit, which is making it uncomfortable to move around. I know walking is good, but is walking still helpful for swollen feet during pregnancy, or will it make it worse?
my cheeks and forehead have gone so patchy and dark in second tri, didnt expect this. dont want to use random creams while pregnant na. what worked for u all to keep it thoda in control?

Im 14 weeks and had loose motions since morning, like 4-5 times already. We have imodium at home but i dont want to just pop anything without knowing. Did anyone take it in pregnancy or asked their gynac about it?
