Breakfast wali muesli toh dahi ya doodh ke sath bilkul khao, bht achha fiber hota hai usme. Par agar woh safed musli jadi-buti ki baat kar rahe ho, toh un sab se door raho abhi. Doctor se bina pooche koi bhi aisi cheez mat khana.
It starts right around 17 weeks! Honestly, for me, the 5th month was when my appetite finally came back. I was literally dreaming of hot samosas and gulab jamun all day, thankfully the morning sickness is mostly gone by then!

I was careful with my diet so I asked my dietician about organ meats. She said fully cooked and occasional was okay for me. Please cook it thoroughly, undercooked meat is the real worry.
Yes, a handful daily is great, almonds, walnuts, dates all good. They give energy and nutrients. Just dont overdo it as they are calorie dense.
