Same question here, I'm currently 12 weeks and dying for my evening tapri chai! I've cut down to just half a cup now, but does anyone know if herbal teas like green tea are safer or should we stick to normal milk tea?

My saas always says never to take any medicine on our own, especially vaginal creams or tablets during pregnancy. If your doctor has specifically prescribed Clingen Forte to you, only then use it. Otherwise, please don't touch it.
