Just got my positive few days back and now waiting nervously for the nausea everyone talks about. Around which week does it usually kick in? Trying to plan my work na so wanted an idea.

A friend of mine was on that hcg drops weight loss thing and she got a positive test even though shes not pregnant. Got me curious matlab how does that even work? Anyone knows?
