I've been having a sore throat for a couple of days, and my period is also delayed. Could a sore throat be an early sign of pregnancy? I'm trying to figure out if it's just a cold or something else.
Im South Indian and idli with podi is my comfort breakfast. But podi is thoda spicy and oily na, so im not sure if its fine in pregnancy. Anyone still having it daily?
