I'm looking for some general advice and tips on how to take good care of myself during pregnancy. If anyone has suggestions or resources, especially in Hindi, that would be very helpful.
9 weeks and i dont feel much symptoms anymore, the nausea kind of reduced suddenly and now im overthinking. No bleeding or pain but still mann me dar lag raha hai ki sab thik hai na. How do u even know baby is doing fine before the scan?
