Honestly, I never got the math during my pregnancy! My doc said count from last period date and I just nodded. Now my baby is here and I still can't calculate baby weeks properly haha, too tired!
It is quite early, but bodies are unique. However, if you start having sharp cramps or any unusual pain, please contact your gynac immediately to get properly evaluated.
Naturally, it's highly unlikely once periods have stopped for a full year! 🌸 But hormonal bodies can surprise us during the transition phase. Always best to have a chat with a good gynac to understand your options! 😊
I crave Maggi so much too! Did your doctor suggest any healthier noodles alternative? I usually add lots of boiled peas and skip half the tastemaker to keep it less salty.
My mother-in-law told me that soreness is how the body prepares for the baby early on. It is indeed a common early sign, but please do a home pregnancy urine test first to be sure, and consult your doctor for confirmation.
