I used jeera in almost all my tadkas and my baby is now a healthy toddler. Don't overthink these small kitchen spices, they are safe.
Honestly, I couldn't stand the smell of mushrooms when my morning sickness was at its peak. But if you can tolerate them, they are great for nutrition. Just cook them properly so they are easy on your stomach.

Honestly, mine stopped around 14 weeks but I had to be very careful with my meals because of my gestational diabetes. Instead of dry crackers which spiked my sugar, I had small portions of roasted chana to settle my stomach. Please check with your doctor before trying any random food tips if you are monitoring your sugar.
