I am in my 2nd trimester and honestly, the endless list of dos and don'ts makes me so anxious. Did anyone else feel scared to even stretch or bend down?
Chewing a little saunf (fennel seeds) after lunch and dinner works wonders. Also, completely avoid heavy fried food in the evening.
I eat soaked almonds every single morning too! My MIL says to peel them, but honestly does the skin really make a difference? I am in my 6th month and loving them.
