I've heard that sleeping on your left side is recommended during pregnancy. Why is left side sleeping advised for pregnant women? What are the benefits of this position?
Test came positive and im super eager to confirm everything with a scan. Matlab its very early, maybe just a week or so. Will the ultrasound even show anything this soon or should i wait? anyone got a scan this early?
