I had some severe acidity and digestive complications in my third trimester, so my doctor advised me to avoid heavy vegetables like brinjal which can cause gas. It might be different for you, but it is always safer to double-check with your gynac before adding it to your diet.
Actually, it's better to avoid them completely right now because those fumes are quite strong and toxic. I stopped using them in my cupboards during pregnancy. Just use neem leaves or camphor pouches instead, they work great and take zero effort.
Arre baba, ye sab chemical waali cheezein pregnancy mein kyu khani hai na? Isse achha thoda asli gud ya shakkar kha lo limited quantity mein. Safe bhi rahega aur dimaag mein tension bhi nahi hogi.
My doctor explained that stretching skin causes mild itching, which can be managed with cold-pressed coconut oil or aloe vera. However, she specifically warned me that severe itching, especially on the palms and soles of the feet, can be a sign of a liver condition called cholestasis. If it's intense, please get a liver function test done.
I have mild asthma too and was so worried about this! My doctor said it's totally safe, but I wanted to ask—did your breathing issues get worse in the second trimester? I feel like I'm using my inhaler slightly more lately.
