I just delivered three months ago and had awful low BP in my second trimester. My gynac told me to drink lots of water, coconut water, and sometimes have a glass of nimbu paani with a pinch of salt. It worked wonders for me, so do try to keep yourself hydrated!
Uff, I feel you! Mera nausea 14th week tak chal raha tha, morning-evening sab same tha. Apne paas humesha dry biscuits rakho aur subah uthte hi ek kha lo bina paani piye, kafi relief milega. Usually 3rd month ke baad ye apne aap chala jata hai.
Yes you can, but why do that to yourself? Just do the test right away and get the suspense over with, haha! If you must store it, use a clean container and don't keep it for more than a couple of hours.
I felt so much curiosity too, but in India, checking baby's gender is strictly illegal and no honest doctor will ever tell you. When my baby was born, that first touch made me realize gender didn't matter at all.
My mother used to give me a little bit of jaggery (gur) to suck on after meals, and it really helped soothe my stomach. Try to eat light, home-cooked food and rest well, dear.
