My period is due, and I think I might be pregnant. How many days after a missed period is the best time to take a home pregnancy test for accurate results? I'm so anxious to find out!
Just found out im pregnant, going by 5 weeks now and honestly clueless about what all to do and what to avoid. First baby so no idea. Anyone can share what they did in these early weeks?

Im 7 weeks and constipation is so bad these days. Sometimes i have to push and then i panic ki kahin kuch ho na jaye. is there any real risk or am i overthinking? pls tell me im not the only one scared of this.
