Don't take medicated Strepsils without asking your gynac first. Instead, try warm salt water gargles or ginger-honey water at your desk. It takes very little time and is 100% safe.
Avoid processed foods, instant noodles, pickles, and salty snacks as they are packed with sodium which spikes BP. Stick to fresh fruits, green veggies, and coconut water. Keep your salt intake moderate and you will be absolutely fine.

I am no doctor so definitely ask your gynac first, but I can share my own story. I flew at 6 weeks for a family wedding and had absolutely no issues. Just made sure to walk a bit in the aisle and took it very easy.
Mild abdominal discomfort can happen due to digestion or muscle stretching. Doing gentle prenatal yoga and regular walking really helped my digestion, but only do these after your doctor allows it. For any severe cramping, skip everything and call your gynac.
