Delivered 2 weeks back and feel like my supply is thoda less, baby keeps crying after feed. Everyone gives different advice. What really helped u increase the milk?
Im in my 8th week and the nausea is honestly so bad yaar, whole day i feel like throwing up and cant eat properly. Nothing stays down. What worked for you all? Pls share, im struggling.
