My due date is approaching and I'm a bit nervous about labor. I want to be prepared. What are the clear symptoms of water breaking during pregnancy so I can recognize it immediately? Any advice from experienced mothers would be great.

My scan showed the pregnancy is in the tube and im honestly very scared and heartbroken. I keep wondering if by some chance it can move to the uterus on its own. I know i have to follow my doctor but just wanted to understand from anyone whos been through this.
I used to go gym regularly before and dont wanna lose all my fitness. Now im 10 weeks and confused if i can continue. Doc didnt say much. Anyone kept working out safely?
