OMG, I used to panic over every single bite of bread thinking it would harm the baby! But honestly, my doctor laughed and said it's totally normal to eat bread. Just try to choose brown or atta bread instead of maida.
I totally understand how exhausting and draining this phase is, it can feel so hard sometimes. Please be gentle with yourself and try to sip on simple coconut water or keep a small piece of ginger in your mouth. Sending you so much love, this tough phase will also pass very soon.
Keep your hospital bag packed, reports in one folder and phone always charged. Walk a bit if doc allows, eat small light meals and rest a lot. Count baby movements daily, if you feel less, call your gynac at once.
Yes dear, almonds are very good, my family soaked them overnight and i had 4-5 in morning. They are easy to digest soaked. My doc was happy with this habit too.
