I'm planning to get pregnant soon and want to prepare my body. Is it a good idea to start doing yoga before pregnancy? Can it help with conception or overall well-being?
I had a routine blood test done for something else, and I'm curious. Does a normal, general blood test usually detect pregnancy, or do I need a specific test for that? I'm trying to figure out if my recent test would have shown anything.
