I eat two boiled eggs almost everyday, my doc said it is great for baby's growth. But honestly sometimes I get confused, do u eat the yellow part too? Or only white? Let me know what your gynac suggested.
I felt so scared when my reports showed a slightly high TSH in my first trimester. I actually cried thinking it would affect my baby, but my doctor put me on a tiny pill and everything was perfectly fine. Just trust your doctor, you are doing great!

My mother-in-law made me wear a traditional cotton saree wrapped tightly around my belly after delivery, which actually gave great support! Along with that, breastfeeding also helps contract the uterus naturally.
Haha, my mother-in-law wanted me to drink a whole dairy farm daily! But seriously, 2 to 3 glasses of milk (or even curd and paneer if you hate milk) is more than enough. You don't need to turn into a baby calf to get your calcium, chill!
