Maine abhi haal hi mein deliver kiya hai, aur pure pregnancy mein maine kacha papita, kachi macchi (sushi) aur bina pasteurize kiya hua milk bilkul touch nahi kiya. Even leftover khana bhi achhe se garam karke hi khati thi. Fresh aur ghar ka bana garam khana hi sabse safe hai.
