I've noticed my nipples have become quite dark after delivery, and it's bothering me a little. I'm wondering if this is normal and if there's anything I can do to lighten them back to their original color.

My wife is 4 months pregnant and on h4 visa, we are planning her travel to india for delivery near family. Just not sure about the visa side and travel during pregnancy. Anyone done this before? pls share how it went.
