Everyone at home keeps stopping me from bending down to pick things, im in my 6th month. I dont fully get why its such a big deal. Is bending actually harmful or just a precaution? someone pls explain na.
Winters chal rahe hai and mooli ke parathe are my whole life right now haha. But my saas said avoid raw mooli in pregnancy, idk why. Is it actually a problem or just a myth?
