Drink small sips of water throughout the day instead of gulping a whole glass at once. Sucking on ice chips or amla candy can also calm your stomach. Please take complete rest and don't stress, this is just a temporary phase.
I ran to the clinic the very next day of my missed period like a crazy person, only for the doctor to tell me to come back after two weeks! Save your energy and wait till week 6 or 7 unless you have any severe cramping or spotting.
It can be worrying to see the scale go down when u expect it to go up. Sometimes early nausea causes this, but pls talk to your doctor to ensure u and the baby are getting enough nutrients. Take care.

I used to eat them occasionally but since I had thyroid issues my gynac had set a strict diet chart. Fruits are great but sugar levels can spike. It's always best to ask your doctor in your regular checkup how much fruits are safe for you.
