I'm having a lot of heartburn lately, which is quite uncomfortable. I was wondering if it's generally safe to take antacids to relieve this discomfort during pregnancy.
I think I might have conceived recently, and I'm eager to confirm. How many days after conceiving can I take a pregnancy test to get an accurate result?
