Honestly, having gone through complications, I would say be extra cautious. Don't do any strenuous workouts, and if u feel even mild cramping or spotting, call your doc immediately.
Take care of your health, eat simple satvik food, and try to keep your mind positive and happy. Having a bowl of fresh fruits, milk, and light khichdi with a calm mind is the best start for you and your baby.

Honestly, by the third trimester, you won't even fit comfortably in those tiny airplane seats! Domestic flights are allowed till 36 weeks, but with the backache and constant peeing, staying home is much better. Trust me on this!
