My breasts have been feeling so sore and heavy since the last week, even touching hurts a bit. Im around 5 weeks and not sure if this is a normal early sign. Anyone else felt this?
Yes mine were so sore i couldnt even sleep on my stomach. I felt they were heavier and tender almost overnight. It was actually my first clue before i tested.
That tenderness is the body slowly preparing for milk later. Mine were sensitive early on too. Comfortable bras and warm cloth gently helped, nothing harsh.
