Haha no dear, thyroid test only checks your thyroid levels, not if a baby is cooking in there! You'll need a proper urine or beta hCG test for that.
I get the urge to know immediately, I tested way too early and just got more anxious. Honestly waiting was the hardest part for me. But early result means nothing, give it time yaar.
Mostly fine if cooked well, but do buy fresh and clean it properly. If you have any allergy history just confirm with your gynac. Avoid eating it raw or half done.
Light spotting can happen and is often harmless, but I would never ignore bleeding in early pregnancy. I had bleeding and it needed a scan and rest. Please call your gynac if you see any bleeding, dont wait it out.
