I love eating kishmish (raisins) and was wondering if it's okay to continue eating them now that I'm pregnant. Can I safely eat kishmish during pregnancy? Any advice on this would be helpful.

Just got my positive test and everyone keeps asking when is the date. My cycles were never very regular so im not sure how to calculate. Do they tell exact date in scan ya it's just an estimate?
Im around 6 weeks and getting this dull ache exactly like period pain in my lower abdomen. No bleeding so far but it makes me nervous na. Is this kind of pain normal so early? Planning to mention it to my doc.
