Baingan is fine in moderation, but sometimes it causes heavy bloating which makes it hard to stay active. I only do my daily light walking and mild yoga when my digestion is totally clear and my doctor has approved of it. If it suits you, have it well-cooked.
Any position where there's no pressure on your stomach, like side-lying or woman on top, is great. Just make sure you are both comfortable and enjoying this phase without stress!
They say talking to the baby helps, so I've been reading my grocery list out loud to my belly. Jokes aside, eating walnuts and taking my regular iron and vitamin supplements is my go-to.
Hormonal changes are completely behind this. I had thyroid issues so my hormones were already all over the place, but this is a very normal pregnancy sign.
