Around 7 weeks now and ive been noticing more white discharge than usual, no smell or itching just more in quantity. Its a bit confusing because i never paid attention to this before. Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my gynac?

Just found out im pregnant, like 6 weeks only. Everyone at ghar is telling me different different things, dont do this dont eat that, im so confused. Can someone tell what to actually follow in these early weeks?
