I'm having a severe headache and usually take Diclofenac for relief. However, now that I'm pregnant, I'm not sure if it's safe. Can I use diclofenac during pregnancy for pain?

Garmi bohot hai and i really crave ganne ka juice when im out. Im 5 months and my saas says thanda cheez avoid karo. Is fresh sugarcane juice ok or should i skip it?
