At my hospital, the dietician gave me a detailed list of foods to avoid on day one. You should definitely ask your doctor's team for their specific guide, but generally, raw papaya, pineapple, unpasteurized milk, and raw eggs are a strict no. Always clarify with your clinic's nutritionist if you have doubts.
Actually my doctor told me in my 20-week scan that my placenta is slightly low. I am so scared and constantly tracking if I feel any pain. Has anyone else gone through this and did it move up later on?
I remember being terrified of taking any injections during my pregnancy, but my doctor assured me it's safe and won't affect the baby. It helped clear my infection quickly, and my baby was born perfectly healthy.
I am currently in my 6th month and indigestion is my daily struggle! I try to eat dinner very early and sit upright for an hour, but sometimes it still burns. Does drinking cold milk really help you guys, or should I try something else?
My doctor laughed when I mentioned this, she said pulse cant confirm pregnancy. Heart rate does rise in pregnancy but you cant judge it yourself like that. Use a test kit or beta hcg instead.
