I am in my 18th week and actually had a crazy craving for meetha paan yesterday! But then I got scared thinking if the leaf or gulkand is safe. Did any of you eat plain meetha paan during your second trimester?
Ghar pe my mother-in-law kept telling me to eat walnuts and fish for strength when we were planning. Later my doctor also said the same thing about omega 3 being great for fertility. Sometimes traditional advice and modern science align so perfectly!
