Since I had a long journey with PCOS, I became extra cautious about endocrine disruptors. I avoided applying them frequently, maybe just once for a family function, and kept my nails natural most of the time.
With twins, my energy was always zero, so I survived on light ginger tea! Just keep it to 1-2 small cups a day because too much caffeine isn't good. Don't go drinking weird herbal mixtures though!
Totally agree with others, daily walking is the best and safest way to stay active.
Please avoid taking such supplements without asking your doctor. Spirulina can sometimes be contaminated with heavy metals or harmful toxins which can be dangerous for the baby. I always preferred to stay away from any herbal powders during my pregnancy.
I used to hear a thumping pulse sound in my ears when lying down at my parents' house. My mother gave me warm milk and told me to rest on my left side, which really helped. If it gets too loud or you feel dizzy, do ask your doctor.
