I'm newly pregnant and trying to be very careful. Can you tell me some common things that pregnant women should definitely avoid doing?
My doctor mentioned something about high prostaglandins, and I'm a bit confused. Can pregnancy continue normally even if prostaglandins levels are high? I'm quite concerned.
Im 20 weeks and between scans i keep getting tension whether everything is fine. Is there any way to actually hear the heartbeat at home or is it just doctor wali machine? curious if anyone tried.
There was a CCTV during my delivery at the hospital and I really want that footage for personal reasons. Someone said file an RTI but I have no idea if that even works for this. Has anyone actually tried getting it this way?
