My mother-in-law was worried because I didn't have any nausea, but my gynac assured us it is perfectly normal. Don't worry, just enjoy being able to eat properly!
During pregnancy, our immunity is low, making us prone to infections like UTIs. It's very important to treat it immediately so it doesn't affect the baby. Just like I had to do regular follow-ups for thyroid, make sure you get a urine test and follow your doctor's treatment.
Along with good food I did gentle walks which my doctor allowed, it kept me healthy. Protein rich meals and proper rest both matter for the baby. Dont overdo anything, balance is the key.
I know you may be scared right now, but please dont do anything risky alone. A gynac is the only safe person to talk to about this. Go soon and they will guide you properly, take care of yourself.
My gynac said temperature fluctuations can happen due to hormones, some feel warm, some feel cold. By itself feeling cold isnt a strong pregnancy sign. But if you have chills with fever, thats different and needs checking.
