My period is 5 days late but the test showed only one line. I have all the feelings na nausea, sore breasts everything. Could the test be wrong this early?
Yes, false negatives happen mostly when you test too early before the hormone is high enough. My doctor said diluted urine, like later in the day, can also cause it. If your period is still late after a negative, retest in a few days or do a blood test.
Mine showed negative twice and i was so confused, then positive a few days later. Turns out i tested too early. So dont fully trust an early negative, just wait and retest, it worked out fine for me.
