Im totally confused about how the weeks are even counted, like from which date do u start? My periods were a bit irregular so that adds to the confusion. Can someone explain the simple way to figure it out?
First check your LMP date. Main calendar pe har week circle karke double-check karti thi because I was so paranoid. If you still feel confused, check your first ultrasound report, it mentions exact gestational age.
Listen, don't break your head over calculations. Gynac will calculate it perfectly using your LMP and dating scan. Just count from your last period's first day, that is standard.
Your pregnancy is calculated from the first day of your Last Menstrual Period (LMP), not conception day. So by the time you miss your period, you are already about 4 weeks pregnant!
I know how confusing this math can be, it caused me so much anxiety in the beginning! Just count from your last period's start date to today in weeks. It will get easier as weeks pass.
Honestly, pregnancy math is weird, you are pregnant even before you conceived, haha! Count weeks starting from your last period's day one. It's confusing but trust the doctor's calculations.
