Im 6 months and since two days my stomach is upset, loose motions repeatedly and im feeling so weak. Drinking water and resting. Will check with my gynac but in the meantime how did you mommies manage this?
I recently delivered and had loose motions during my second trimester. I ate simple curd rice and drank plenty of ORS water to stay hydrated, which helped a lot. But please, if it is very severe or watery, call your doctor immediately as dehydration isn't good for the baby.
Haha, of all the glamorous pregnancy symptoms, loose motions are definitely the most annoying! I survived on a diet of bananas and curd rice, looking like a sad monkey. Seriously though, keep sipping ORS, and if your stomach is throwing a major protest, go see your doc immediately.
I know how exhausting and draining it is to deal with loose motions while your body is already carrying so much weight, it is truly tough. Please take complete rest, drink lots of fluids like electrolyte water, and be gentle with yourself. If it doesn't get better quickly, please call your gynac for a checkup.
Beta, halke dast (loose motions) ho toh sabudana khichdi, dahi chawal ya kela khao, isse pet ko aaram milta hai. Par paani ki kami mat hone dena, khub paani piyo. Agar thik na ho ya bohot kamzori lage, toh bina deri kiye doctor babu ko dikha lena.
I don't want to give any medical advice, but when I had loose motions during my pregnancy, I avoided taking any tablets on my own. I only had coconut water and soft khichdi, and when it continued the next day, I immediately called my gynecologist. It's always safest to let the doctor decide what to do.
Ugh, having loose motions when you just want to eat yummy food is the absolute worst! I had to stay away from my spicy cravings and stick to boring boiled potatoes and curd rice for a couple of days. If it's a mild stomach upset, simple food is fine, but if it is continuous, please consult your gynac.
My pregnancy tracker app always showed that mild diarrhea is common due to hormonal changes, but hydration is key. I kept drinking coconut water and ORS. If you are having multiple loose motions in a day, don't wait, just message your doctor to ask if you need a safe medicine.
Ghar pe my mother-in-law gave me simple buttermilk with a pinch of bhuna jeera and salt, and told me to eat ripe bananas when I had loose motions. It really helped settle my stomach. But if it doesn't stop in a day or if you feel very weak, please check with your doctor right away.
