Honestly im in 2nd trimester and feeling much better now, but i keep worrying instead of actually enjoying this phase. People say these 9 months are special. How did u guys actually enjoy it and stay relaxed?
Looking back now with my toddler running around, I really wish I had stressed less and just enjoyed those quiet months. Click lots of bump pics, rest guilt free, eat what you love in limit. That phase passes so fast honestly.
Stay positive and grateful, it changes how you feel. I used to do small prayers and listen to calm music. A peaceful mind makes the whole journey beautiful.
Just dont stress too much yaar, that is half the battle. Watch your fav shows, take small walks, talk to your baby. Enjoy the little kicks, they are magical.
