Along with healthy food, please get your blood tests done regularly. I had thyroid issues which we caught early, so regular doctor visits are super important.
Eating healthy doesn't mean expensive organic foods. Local seasonal fruits, green veggies, and regular iron-folic acid tablets from the local clinic work perfectly.
